I do have a 1-5 day processing time in addition to shipping time. Most of the time I have hats prepared, however these are mostly made to order. If you need to have an order delivered by a specific date, please do not wait until the last minute to order. You can reach out to me with questions about the delivery, but ultimately I will direct you to contact USPS. Any events that happen during shipping after that point will be USPS responsibility. Once a tracking number is issued and USPS tracking shows they have done their initial receipt scan, I have fulfill my obligation on the order.
If there is a problem obtaining the tracking number (this applies mostly to international orders), I will contact you. I will provide tracking numbers on orders shipped. Please pay attention to whether the item is made to order or not when purchasing. I do have a few additional days built in to the make ready time in the event I am busy at time of purchase. I usually try to ship within 1-2 days after order is placed or upon completion of item(s) order (made to order items may take several days).
I can only guarantee when I can complete and ship out the order. Though I have an idea of how long orders take to arrive based on previous orders, I am not USPS and cannot guarantee when your order will arrive.
